There are a few game modes in the game that are worth trying out. Not only is there a sandbox mode that will give players the ability to be creative and systematically perform trial and error building various spaceships, but also modes that will give players objectives and missions as they travel through space.

The Destiny franchise isn't very old at all, with the first installment only releasing in 2014 and although we could add the first title into the mix, we chose to follow the sequel as it is currently active and support.

Destiny 2 is a multiplayer experience, it's the type of video game you'll encounter with a few friends to find loot or complete campaigns. If you like futuristic FPS and haven't tried Destiny or its sequel yet, you might miss out.

A quick turn off for some players might be the repeat you might find yourself in when traversing Destiny 2 as there might be some grinding involved. Likewise, because there is a greater influence in campaigns or side missions with a team, the casual player looking for a narrative journey to enjoy their own time may wish to drop this franchise.
