Another season of the Pokémon GO Battle League has come to an end, which means it's time for another one to begin right away. Rather than offering multiple leagues at once, the Great League is the only one taking place here in early June. More people than usual may also be interested in the Great League, as Mienfoo was introduced to the game exclusively as a reward in the Pokémon GO Great League. That's why you'll really want to have the best team to rank up and get your own Mienfoo, so we've compiled a three-tiered list of the best Great League Pokémon for June 2021.
The best team in the big league (June 2021)
Pokémon GO has several GO League variations that have been around since its introduction, but one of the two most common of these is the Great League. It's the most simplistic of the leagues, with the only requirement being that your Pokemon don't exceed 1500 CP. With this lower CP tier, the Great League often finds some very interesting Pokémon that you might not expect to use, which is why we've broken down the best Pokémon for the Great League into three tiers for June 2021.
The Pokémon GO Battle League is about the current meta and battles, so it's not just about picking the three strongest Pokémon you have at 1500 or less CP. Picking only the top three Pokemon from our list below isn't always your best bet either, as these are the Pokemon people will know how to try to counter most often. As a result, you'll want to find the best team with more Resist Against and less Weak To as best you can. This is our Great League tier list for June 2021.

These are usually still good choices without the XL Candies, but if they're anywhere near the 1500 XP cap, you'll need to power them up with Candies or find other Pokemon to use.
