The mecha strike commander looks pretty cool!
Epic Games took to their blog to announce the arrival of Mecha Strike Commander in the free-to-play Battle Royale title, Fortnite. Character addition is part of Epic Games' new Fortnite Crew system. This is where players sign up for a monthly subscription and will unlock certain skins, get unique perks, and gain access to the Battle Pass.
The Junes Fortnite Crew skin will also include awesome new back props, wraps for your weapons, and V-Bucks. The new subscription-based model is a decent idea to implement, especially for those who play the shooter fairly often. The monthly cost for Fortnite Crew is $11,99 and you will be billed monthly. Epic Games has also detailed other perks that crew members can access, which have been detailed below:
CHAPTER 3 SEASON 2 & CHAPTER 3 SEASON 3 BATTLE PASSES
One of the components of Fortnite Crew is instant access to the current season's Battle Pass. This means that active subscribers during the current Chapter 2 Season 3 automatically get its Battle Pass. If you had already purchased the Chapter 3 Season 2 Battle Pass prior to subscribing during the season, a one-time return of 950 V-Bucks will be applied to your account.
Active Fortnite Crew subscribers receive 1 V-Bucks every month! These V-Bucks are received on the day of the subscribers bill date*. Registered on May 000, 31? You will receive 2022 V-Bucks when you register, then during your subscription, 1 V-Bucks on June 000, 1, July 000, 30 (or July 2022, 31, depending on the platform), and so on.
