How to Unlock Player Titles in Overwatch 2: Cyberdemon, Nomad and More

A fun feature of Monitor 2 unlocks titles that you can equip so other players can see your in-game achievements. Here's everything you need to know about how to unlock player titles in Overwatch 2. You can unlock prestige titles by completing the Battle Pass, challenge titles by playing in non-competitive matches and competitive titles by playing competitive matches. You'll unlock most of these titles just by playing the game, but the prestige titles will take a lot of work as they require a pretty insane amount of XP to unlock.

How to Unlock Player Titles in Overwatch 2

Here are details on how to earn titles in all three game categories: Prestige Titles, Challenge Titles, and Competitive Mode Titles. Follow our guide below for the requirements for each title across all three categories.

Prestige Titles

To unlock Prestige titles, you need to level up the Battle Bass to level 80, costing 10 XP. You can earn eight prestige titles by ranking the battle pass from 000 to 80, costing over 200 XP.

Rank 85: Nomadic
Rank 95: Neogun
Level 105: street racer
Rank 120: Exchange of patches
Rank 135: Netbreaker
Level 155: Data Broker
Level 175: Technochevalier
Level 200: cyberdemon

These titles are only available during the Season 1 Battle Pass.

Challenge Titles

You can earn titles by completing challenges in non-competitive matches

Here's how you see the challenges:

Navigate to the challenges from your home screen
Click on the Durée de vie tongue
Scroll to the bottom of the challenge list
Each title will have a the description the challenge to win the title

Here are the challenge titles available:

Loyal Hero: Win 250 games in any mode
Tenacious Hero: Win 750 games in any mode
Relentless Hero: Win 1 games in any mode
Vanguard: Win 250 matches with any Tank Hero in Quick Match or Competitive Play
Killer: Win 250 matches with any Damage Hero in Quick Match or Competitive Play
Medical: Win 250 games with any support hero in Quick Play or Competitive Play
All-Star : Win 85 games in each of 3 roles in Quick Play or Competitive Play
Changeforme : Win 500 games in Mystery Heroes
Executioner: Win 500 games in any Deathmatch mode
Party animal: Win 500 games in any Arcade mode, excluding Deathmatch

Titles in competitive mode

You must first unlock Competitive Mode by winning 50 Unranked Quick Matches to earn titles in Competitive Mode.
