How to get free corporate housing in Final Fantasy 14

Final Fantasy 14 is a social game and offers you many ways to connect with other players. If you own a free company, you can even build a house and provide private rooms for your free company members. How does it work and what are the requirements to have a domain for your free business.

What are the requirements for Free Company Estate in Final Fantasy 14

Here are the requirements for having a domain for your Free Company.

    • Have one of your characters reach level 50.
    • Be Liuentent seconded in the Free Company of your choice.
    • The large company must be rank 6.

To obtain land for your Free Company, you must participate in the housing lottery. Once you do, you have to wait and see if you win. Once the land is in your possession, you will need to establish your domain and notify the members of your Free Company that their new home is established.

Free Company housing has many advantages over normal housing. For starters, as long as a member of the Free Company logs in at least once every 45 days, the plot won't be lost. This is a huge difference compared to housing which depends on the buyer to connect.

Then you can have a Free Company workshop where you can deploy airships for special missions. You can also mine resources and create a space where members can donate to the company. This makes it much easier to complete a theme, fund the education of new players in the Free Company, and generally just have a place to meet to chat.

One of the best features is the inclusion of private rooms that your free company members can use.

What are private rooms in Final Fantasy 14?

Private Rooms are apartments that Free Company members can live in for the low cost of 300 GIL. There are enough private rooms in a domain to house all of your Free Company members, even if you were to hit the membership cap.

These rooms look like apartments and are smaller than houses, but players are unlikely to lose them if they take a bit of a break from the game. In fact, the only way to lose your private room is to leave the Company. Free. If this happens, you will keep all your furniture, but you will not get back the GIL you paid for the room.

You can set your private room to be open or closed to control who enters and even set welcome messages that will appear on the room selection screen. These settings can be changed at any time by entering your accommodation settings.
