You'll see your favorite guy have a chance to get out of the carpentry, alongside some new monsters make their way into the game. You won't want to put on your bug spray before it starts!

Bug Out! Scheduled event
If you're looking to get your hands on plenty of new and old favorites, you'll want to make sure you're ready for this event when it goes live. August 10 at 10:00 a.m. until August 16 at 20:00 p.m. local time. Make sure you have lots of pokeballs will be key, especially if you're a big fan of all things scary.
You will also get an extra x2 XP for nice throws, big throws and excellent throws, so be sure to practice your curveballs to get the most out of all your catches! Luckily, you don't need to nail a curve to get one of these upgrades, but you will have a more chance of catching Pokemon if you throw one away.
New Pokemon In Bug Out! Event - Can They Be Brilliant?
Debuting in the game are Grubbin, Charjabug et Vikavolt, so fans of Electric/Bug-type can get their hands on these feisty little guys sooner rather than later. You will need to use 25 Grubbin Candies evolve Grubbin into Charjabug, and 100 candies and a magnetic lure module to evolve into their final form, Charjabug.
Can any of these new Pokemon be found as Bright in the game? Unfortunatelythey currently don't have a shiny variant but don't worry, because new Pokemon added to the game rarely come with their shiny. They will most likely be added at a later date, so you can save your candies for a while if you want a Shiny Charjabug in the future.
Finally, you can also Mega Evolve ton chisel in the game, and they can also be brilliant, because Scizor currently has its shiny variant in the game. You will have to work on different ways to earn money Mega Shear Energybut as you complete different tasks in the game, you'll probably be able to get your hands on some quickly.

Be sure to keep your eyes open for a Venipède Browninstead of their normal bright red version.
Collection Challenge Details
If you and your friends are ready to go out into the world and start catching new Bug-type Pokemon, make sure you're ready to take on the newest Collection Challengewhich will ask players around the world to catch a specific number of bug-type pokemon. You'll want to make sure you check who you need to get, so you can get your hands on the Installation of insect catchers, and an additional 15XP to propel you to the next level.
