The Overwatch Halloween event is back! However, this is not happening on the Overwatch that everyone is used to, it will take place on Overwatch 2, and the event is expected to take place during Season 1 in October and November of this current year. Overwatch 2 is set to release on October 4, and with its release so close to Halloween, it makes sense to do so now. However, many of us were wondering if Blizzard would even hold the event this year given that the new game had just been released. Another thing many of us wonder is how events might be different in this game compared to the last game. Overwatch 2 will also introduce a brand new game mode during the holiday event.

So far from what we know, Overwatch 2's Halloween event will almost resemble the Halloween events that happened in the original Overwatch. However, Halloween-based changes will be made to maps and skins. Below is an image of some of the skins that have been released so far, one of them being Junkenstein's Revenge: Wrath of the Bride.
