From increased heist payouts to business updates, the recent summer update for GTA Online saw the addition of a ton of content. There are even new ways to customize your character's in-game personality, including getting them a pair of new, truly wireless headphones.
A brand new item called Airpods, or "Beat Off Earphones" has been added to the game and in this guide we explain how you can get them in GTA Online.
GTA Online: How to get Airpods
There are currently two different versions of Airpods in GTA Online namely, the White Beat Off Headphones and the Gold Beat Off Headphones. To get the White Beat Off Headphones, you'll need to complete a Nightclub, Gunrunning, MC, or Special Cargo Sell mission. Once you have successfully completed any of these missions, a notification window will appear in the lower left corner of your screen telling you that you have unlocked the "White Beat Off Headphones".
After unlocking the White Beat Off Headphones, you can get them from the Ponsonbys Clothing Shop. A new Headphones section has been added to the Accessories section of the Clothing Store following the Criminal Enterprises update.
If you're looking to stand out from the crowd and want something high-end, there are also Gold Beat Off headphones. To get your hands on it, you'll need to have the GTA+ subscription. Subscribers can find the Gold Beat Off headphones in the accessories tab. You can exchange the item at no additional cost.
All GTA+ subscribers will also receive the Gold Beat Off Headphones, Apricot Perseus Cap, and Apricot Perseus Sweatpants for free. There is currently no way to acquire the Gold Airpods in GTA Online without being a GTA+ member; however, Rockstar might make it available to everyone down the line. The GTA+ subscription is priced at $5,99 per month and is only available on next-gen consoles at this time. And that's about it for how to get Airpods GTA online.
