For PvE, the first Roar of the Bear God Roll perk is Demolitionist. This perk is great on any weapon as it grants grenade energy on Roar of the Bear kills. As for the last perk, the best PvE Roar of the Bear option in Destiny 2 is either Lasting impression ou Cluster bomb. If you're looking to use Roar of the Bear on ads, Cluster Bomb will force your rockets to release 8 cluster bombs to clear the terrain. If you're looking to use Roar of the Bear on bosses, Lasting Impression, which causes your rockets to attach and explode after a short delay with a bigger blast radius and higher damage, is the way to go.
Roar of the Bear PvP God Roll dans Destiny 2
While Roar of the Bear is great for PvE, thanks to its basic origin trait, it really excels in PvP. For the Roar of the Bear God Roll PvP barrel prop, go for Difficult launch. Hard Launch sacrifices some stability and blast radius for a bigger increase in projectile speed. Roar of the Bear is strong as is and will grant you kills on impact; Hard Launch makes it faster and easier.
As for the magazine attachment, like PvE, you'll want High speed towers. This loader attachment blows others out of the water as it will increase projectile velocity, which is great for the high impact frame, as well as reload speed.
The best perk to have on Roar of the Bear for PvP is Instant Views. While giving a slight stability boost, Snapshot Sights will also increase your ADS time. This is very necessary in fast-paced, high-stakes Crucible Battles.
Finally, the best last perk to have for the perfect PvP Roar of the Bear is Self-loading case ou Cluster bombs. If you don't want to worry about reloading your rocket launch mid-battle, then the Self-Loading Holster will take care of that for you. If you just want to get a big hit, the Cluster Bomb will prevent you from dodging Roar of the Bear's explosions.
