Nova-6 Poison Cabinet Code
The code for the poison cabinet is simply 16-75-60. Once you enter this code, you will be able to get the Nova-6 poison and use it on General Charkov's drink. The cabinet is located on the east stairs of HQ. You will need to use your lockpick skill on the locked door to gain access to the desk in front of you. Beware of the nearby guard on patrol, then quickly enter Kravchenko's office after crossing the door. Once you find your way, you will see the locker.
Once you've collected the poison from the locker, return to the main area and ask the nearby guard to speak to Charkov. This will ensure that you and Charkov get a drink. However, the General is a smart person, so he'll drink from your cup instead, so be sure to switch cups when he's not looking.
